In early 2018, the current basketball expert made the major decision to marry his partner. Jay Williams began dating Nikki Bonacorsi in 2015, following his breakup with Charissa Thompson. Jay Williams married Nikki on May 3, 2018, after a three-year-long relationship.
The wedding was fairly elaborate, with both the bride and groom looking lovely. Basketball players and top TV personalities, as well as the couple’s relatives and friends, attended Jay’s wedding. Jay wore a black suit for the important occasion, while Nikki wore a stunning white gown.
The Marriage Proposal…
Jay Williams stunned his girlfriend with a marriage proposal on the last day of 2017. For supper on New Year’s Eve, the basketball analyst reserved a suite at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge.
Along with the romantic supper, Williams arranged a surprise in which he pulled out the ring and proposed to her. Jay later complimented the hotel and the ring designer in a video. He stated,
“Thank you for the amazing suite & a massive thank you to Stephanie Gottlieb for the design & build out of her magnificent ring. And thank you to Tom Ford for the digs.”
Following the proposal, the couple had a celebration at the hotel to which all of their close friends and family were invited. Ric Flair, a WWE legend, also sent Jay a congratulatory video. Williams went to great lengths to make his love his eternally. Jay’s joy was multiplied when he announced that he was expecting a child a few days later.

Jay’s joy was multiplied by the birth of his daughter, Amelia Brooklyn-Rose Williams. Williams discovered the child’s gender by popping a black balloon packed with confetti. Jay shared the news on Instagram, writing,
“Everything has changed!!! Please say hello to Amelia Brooklyn-Rose Williams. First & Foremost… I salute my wife for bringing our child into this world with such a loving & warrior spirit. This experience has blown me away in so many facets.”
Additionally, Jay stated,
“Last note… my birthday is September 10, 1981, but I was born exactly one month early. For my daughter to be born on the day I was supposed to 37 years later is beyond amazing.”

Williams’ career was cut short in 2003 due to an accident. After that, Jay worked in the media, critiquing college basketball games. Not only that, but Jay is also working on a YouTube video with LeBron James.
